FLAT ROOF RENEWAL | WORKSOP

FAME Services was asked to investigate an area of damp on a ceiling at the rear of a store. It was discovered that five roof joists had become unsafe due to being rotten making the flat roof unsafe to walk on. After renewing the timbers, the client did not want to continue using the old, tired and ineffective felt roofing sheets that had obviously not worked in creating a water proof seal to the timbers below.
FAME Services staff are fully trained in the application and installation of the EPDM rubber membrane product supplied by Firestone and others. This product carries a 20 year guarantee and once installed also has a professional appearance.
The overall finished product was well received by the client who is the owner of a number of stores around the UK.
